Not only does MBS assist in balancing the gut microbiota it may also benefit bone and cartilage development in dogs at crucial stages in their lives, such as rapid growth, increases and decreases in exercise levels and in old age. This is due to the Bacillus subtilis (Natto) producing the necessary vitamin K2.
